Installation and test run of vacuum pump

Vacuum pump is an important part of oil and gas recovery device, and its reliability determines the reliability of long-term operation of the device. The low installation quality of vacuum pump will directly cause system vibration and affect the normal use of the whole device. Therefore, the correct installation and commissioning of vacuum pump is very important.

1) Check the foundation quality.

2) The foundation surface shall be leveled around the installation pad iron, and the pad iron shall be installed after the trial installation and good contact.

3) Install the base plate. Put the unit on the basis of embedded foundation bolts, and keep the unit level by adjusting the iron wedge pad. After correction, the anchor bolts shall be tightened to prevent movement.

4) Pour the base and foundation bolts with concrete (secondary grouting). The base must be filled and tamped at the same time.

5) After the concrete is solidified (generally one week later), check whether the base and anchor bolts are loose, then tighten the anchor bolts and recheck the levelness of the pump shaft. At the same time, a 10-15mm thick smooth cement mortar protective layer shall be applied on the foundation, and the sizing block shall not be exposed.

6) Correct the concentricity of pump shaft and motor shaft. The general method is to adjust the motor based on the pump. When there is a gearbox between the pump and the motor, install the gearbox first, and then install the pump and the motor based on it.

7) After installing the pipeline and accessories of the unit, recheck the concentricity.

8) The pipeline shall have a separate support, and the pump unit is not allowed to bear the pipeline load. Sundries in the pipeline shall be cleaned.

9) After the foundation strength reaches 100%, the test run can be carried out. Before the test run, check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the mark, and conduct the test run for 4H according to the pump operation regulations.

10) During the test run, the operation of each part of the pump shall be checked comprehensively, and the test run record shall be filled in, and the pump shall be handed over for use after it is normal.
