Cooling mode of heat dissipation of roots water ring vacuum unit
When
the roots water ring vacuum unit carries out energy conversion, there is always
a small part of loss converted into heat. It must continuously dissipate the
heat through the motor shell and surrounding medium. This process of heat
emission is called cooling. There are four commonly used methods:
1.
Internal cooling of the rotor. In order to make the roots water ring vacuum unit
work under higher pressure difference, a more effective cooling method can be
adopted, that is, the rotor is cooled by circulating oil, and the two ends of
the vacuum unit shaft are respectively provided with oil holes and oil diameter
shaft heads, which are driven through the inner wall of the rotor and then
discharged from the other end.
2. Air cooling. That is to say, the air
inhaled by the interstage or two-stage pump is compressed and transmitted
through the combined muffler with comprehensive absorption and phase difference.
3. Cool down. The roots water ring vacuum unit generates heat due to the
transportation and compression of gas, which must be transmitted from the rotor
to the shell.
4. The oil film of the rotor is cooled. The cooling method
is to connect an oil pipe at the inlet of roots water ring vacuum unit, and take
the heat of the rotor away with the evenly dripping cooling oil.
When
the temperature of roots water ring vacuum unit is too high, different cooling
methods can be adopted to avoid loss
