Measures to prevent cracks in vacuum pump

In the normal production of enterprises, if we don't use vacuum pump for a long time, there will be cracks and other phenomena on the blades. How can we solve this problem?

1. Before the maintenance, the shaft journal on both sides of the rotor, the bending degree of the rotor and the deflection degree of the processing surface of the gluten plate on both ends of the impeller shall be measured.

2. The obvious cracks on the rotor of the Nasim vacuum pump are polished and cleaned with an angle grinder, and the fillet of the welding joint is polished to ensure the welding quality.

3. Check the parts of vacuum pump that are prone to cracks by coloring method. If there are cracks, polish them and weld them.

4. The rougher part of the blade surface is punched with a grinder to improve the surface finish of the vacuum pump blade.

If any crack is found in the vacuum pump during production, it must be stopped in time and reported to the maintenance department for inspection, so as to avoid unnecessary situation and normal production.
