The reason of low speed of vacuum pump
The vacuum pump has been used for

1. The drive belt is worn. There are many pumps
with belt transmission, because of long-term use, the transmission belt is worn
and loose, and slip occurs, thus reducing its speed.
2. Improper
installation. If the center distance between the two pulleys is too small or the
two shafts are not parallel, if the tight side of the drive belt is installed on
it, the wrap angle is too small, the diameter calculation of the two pulleys is
wrong, and the eccentricity of the two shafts of the vacuum pump driven by the
coupling is too large, the speed of the pump will change.
3. Mechanical
failure of the pump itself. If the fastening nut between impeller and pump shaft
is loose or the pump shaft is deformed and bent, the impeller will move more,
directly rub with the pump body, or the bearing is damaged, the speed of vacuum
pump may be reduced.
4. Power machine maintenance is not recorded.
Because of the burning of the motor winding and the loss of excitation, the
change of winding turns, wire diameter and wiring method in the maintenance, or
the failure in the maintenance is not completely eliminated, the speed of the
vacuum pump will also change.
5. Human factors. Because of the damage of
the original electric motor, quite a number of users are randomly equipped with
another electric motor to drive, resulting in the consequences of less flow, low
head or even no pumping water.
