Two-stage water ring vacuum pump

Two-stage water-ring vacuum pump is a water-ring vacuum pump composed of two impellers in series on one pump shaft. Generally, the outer diameter of the second stage impeller is the same as that of the first stage impeller, but the width of the impeller is reduced by half. The gas is discharged after two stages of compression.

Characteristic:

1. Gas volume curve decreases more gently, so it still has larger gas volume under higher vacuum or higher exhaust pressure, and its working condition is stable. The single-stage single-acting water-ring vacuum pump has a sharp drop in gas volume at a higher vacuum (higher than the critical vacuum of the pump), and its work is very unstable.
