1. Confirm that the water ring vacuum pump motor has been powered on and has the starting conditions. Contact the relevant post operators to confirm that the pump does not run and the turning gear is even and flexible. Open the pump inlet valve and open the 1 / 3 valve position, start the motor, and immediately open the water injection valve on the steam water separator after starting the motor, so that the water in the pump body and the steam water separator can reach the balance state; Stop the pump immediately in case of any of the following conditions: abnormal leakage, abnormal vibration, abnormal sound, peculiar smell, spark, flue gas, and continuous current.

2. Adjust the inlet and outlet valves of the pump, make sure that the vacuum degree at the inlet of the pump is within the required range, the outlet flow is normal, and the motor current is within the normal range. Adjust the pump flow, contact the operator of the relevant post, and make sure that the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the water ring vacuum pump is stable. Note: the water ring vacuum pump is strictly prohibited from idling without liquid to avoid damage to parts; it is strictly prohibited to start the pump with full water; after the water ring vacuum pump is started, it is strictly prohibited to run for a long time without opening the outlet valve.

3. Confirm and adjust after startup: confirm that the flow and pressure of the pump are normal and stable, confirm that the vibration of the pump is normal, confirm that the external temperature of the bearing box is not more than 70 ℃, confirm that there is no leakage, confirm that the temperature and pressure of the cooling water are normal, confirm that the current of the motor is normal, and confirm that the vibration and sound of the motor are correct
