1. Surface treatment: thoroughly remove the surface oxide layer and clean the surface with acetone.
2. Mixing material: mix in strict accordance with the proportion, and mix evenly until there is no color difference.
3. Coating material: apply a thin layer of material first, ensure the bonding and full coverage, and then evenly apply the material to the repair surface to achieve the required repair thickness.
4. Curing: 24 hours / 24 ℃ (material temperature). When the material temperature is increased by 11 ℃, the curing time will be shortened by half, but the rising temperature shall not exceed the bearing temperature of the material.
5. Installation and precautions: the installation shall be carried out according to the assembly requirements. The materials for repair and protection shall not be knocked or impacted by external forces. If the materials affect the assembly, the method of grinding can be used. It is not allowed to knock to avoid damaging other materials.
