1. Before disassembly, drain the water in the pump body, and remove the separator and connecting pipe. The order of pump removal from the rear end (one end without coupling) is as follows:
(1) remove the bearing housing cover, remove the pressure washer, loosen the bearing housing nut and remove the bearing housing.
(2) remove the bearing frame, loosen the gland nut and remove the gland.
(3) loosen the tension bolt and remove the rear end cover after the foundation bolt of the pump cover is loosened.
(4) remove the pump body.
(5) remove the coupling and flat key, loosen and remove the front bearing gland.
(6) take out the pump shaft and impeller together from the front end cover, and loosen the front bearing frame.
2. Assembly
Clean all mating surfaces, apply new oil to the bearing after cleaning, and apply new oil to the bearing seat. The assembly sequence is the reverse of disassembly. At this time, adjust the position of the impeller in the pump body
