High speed direct vane vacuum pump, referred to as direct pump. It is a new branch product of rotary vane vacuum pump. The main type is 2XZ high-speed direct vane vacuum pump.
The old rotary vane pump appeared earlier. It is a product with simple structure and wide application. However, the rotating speed of the old rotary vane pump is low, mostly around 400R / min. The belt drive is adopted to reduce the speed, so the volume is large and the weight is heavy. In order to make the pump body small and light, it can be seen from the calculation theory of the pump geometry pumping speed that when the pumping speed is fixed, the main means is to increase the pump speed. The key to improve the speed of vacuum pump is to make the parts directly bearing high speed load adapt to this working condition, that is, the material of pump body and rotor and the structure of rotor should adapt to the working condition after the speed is increased.
The direct vane pump adopts the motor to drive the pump rotor directly, and the speed is increased to more than 1400R / min. In this way, the structure of the pump is compact; the volume is significantly reduced; the weight is reduced; the pumping performance of the pump is improved; the vibration and noise are greatly reduced.
2XZ type direct coupled vacuum pump is a two-stage high-speed direct coupled rotary vane vacuum pump. This pump is the basic equipment used to extract gas from the sealed vessel to obtain vacuum. It can be used alone, and can also be used as the front pump and pre pump of various high vacuum systems.
