When using stainless steel vacuum pump in enterprises, sometimes during production, there will be tripping phenomenon, which will affect our normal use and also cause damage to the pump. What kind of measures should we take.

1. When the stainless steel vacuum pump is under load operation, if the current is more than the current set by the electric control box, the vacuum pump will trip and trip by itself. At this time, the tripping phenomenon can be solved by raising the upper limit of current protection;

2. If the vacuum pump is stopped for a long time, the motor load will cause temporary high current. At this time, the air inlet can be closed and the pump can be operated to heat the pump body;

3. When the motor is loaded due to the suction of foreign matters or impurities at the exhaust port of the vacuum pump, the stainless steel vacuum pump shall be disassembled and the internal failure of the pump shall be checked;

4. If the machine is connected to the two-phase power supply and the three-phase power supply is not enabled, the three-phase power supply shall be connected immediately. If there is tripping, tripping, etc. around the hour of operation, the upper limit of current shall be adjusted.
