How to choose centrifugal pump and vacuum pump?
I. high efficiency, low noise and energy-saving horizontal centrifugal pump shall be selected, and it is strictly prohibited to choose out products.
II. The voltage of the motor of the horizontal centrifugal pump shall be the same, and the power supply system shall be the same as that of the State Grid.
III. the pump shall be selected according to the design flow and the required head, and the pump output shall be reduced due to the abrasion of the pump. The pump can be selected by multiplying the calculated head h by the coefficient of 1.05-1.10; the characteristic curve shall be the pump whose head gradually decreases with the increase of the flow, so that the pump can work stably and reliably in parallel; and the operation point of the pump shall be kept in the high-efficiency section for operation OK, it's energy-saving and not easy to damage the parts.
IV. when there is no regulating facility in the water supply pipe network, it is advisable to use speed regulating pump group or rated speed pump group to run water supply. The maximum water output of the pump unit shall not be less than the design flow of water supply in the community, and shall be checked according to the fire fighting condition.
V. the number of lifting pumps for water tank and water tower shall be minimized, one for use and one for standby; when a single pump can meet the requirements, multiple parallel pumps shall not be used; if multiple parallel operation or matching mode of large and small pumps must be used, the model and number shall not be too many, the model number shall not be more than two generally, and the lift range of horizontal centrifugal pump shall be similar; each pump shall be parallel operation The pump should still operate in the high efficiency area.
Vi. the design water supply flow of the variable frequency speed regulating pump shall meet the requirements of the maximum design second flow in the domestic water supply system. The power supply shall be reliable; the working point of the water pump shall be selected in the efficient working area of the water pump characteristic curve, and shall not be selected on the extension line of the Q-H curve; the most unfavorable working point shall be designed at the right end of the efficient section of the water pump characteristic curve, that is, the point where the water output of the water pump is the largest and the lift is low, but it can meet the requirements, that is, the low point of the efficient section of the water pump characteristic curve and the pipeline characteristic curve The intersection of. The working range of water pump speed regulation shall be within the high efficiency section of water pump as far as possible; the speed regulation range shall be between 25% and 100% of water supply of water pump; the equipment shall have the function of automatic water level control.
VII. The pump unit of the domestic pressurized water supply system shall be equipped with a standby pump. The water supply capacity of the standby pump shall be greater than that of the largest operating water pump. The water pump shall be switched automatically and operated alternately.
