When the pressure in the system is pumped to a certain range by the front-stage pump, the vacuum pump can be started again, so as to avoid overload of the vacuum pump. The front stage pump can choose screw vacuum pump, rotary vane vacuum pump, scroll vacuum pump and other vacuum pumps which can discharge air directly.
In general, the vacuum degree of a single screw vacuum pump can be better than that of 2-3 water ring or reciprocating vacuum unit. If it is necessary to maintain high pumping speed in high vacuum environment, it is recommended to use with vacuum pump.
