Characteristics of imported claw type dry vacuum pump

The suction and exhaust process of the imported claw type dry vacuum pump is completed by the change of the volume of the closed cavity formed by the meshing of the pair of claw type rotors connected on two shafts, between the rotor and the inner wall of the pump chamber, and between the rotor and the clapboard.

The structure of imported claw type dry vacuum pump generally adopts the form of multi-stage rotors in series or roots rotors in series with multi-stage rotors to form a multi-stage claw type dry vacuum pump.

The four stage pump cavities are in series in series, and each stage has a pair of claw rotors with conjugate meshing and synchronous reverse movement. The first stage of the fourth stage pump cavity is the suction stage, and its suction volume is larger than that of the last three stages, forming interstage compression. Four pairs of rotors are installed on two parallel shafts. The shafts are supported by bearings at the upper and lower ends. There are diaphragms between pump cavity stages and stages, and there are suction and exhaust channels on the diaphragms.

The motor is installed upside down, and the power is transmitted to the rotor shaft through the crossover gear. The rotor shaft is driven by a pair of synchronous timing gears, and the phase of the rotor is adjusted and fixed. There are small gaps between rotors and between rotors and pump cavity. The rotor is suspended in the pump cavity, which makes the overflow part free from any substantial contact friction and lubrication. This ensures that the claw pump can keep the limit vacuum, pumping speed and compression ratio unchanged for a long time, and has a long service life.
