When wiring the vacuum pump unit, attention must be paid to the use of polyester insulation tape. When wrapping, make sure to hold down half of a circle, wrap 8-12 layers, and then wrap two layers of plastic tape for strength. When connecting the vacuum pump unit, the copper core of the cable should be peeled out about 30-35mm long, and the copper wire should be wiped clean with sand cloth to make it bright The copper wire connected to the three core cable shall be stripped 30-35mm and cleaned with sand cloth. 

For the connection of vacuum pump unit, the three core cable and the copper wire part stripped out of the external cable will be inserted, and then a thin copper wire will be used to tie tightly according to the drawing, and the remaining part will be cut off and leveled with scissors to prevent hand binding. When wiring, the three wire ends of vacuum pump should be welded firmly with solder respectively, and the surface of the welding head should be smooth without burr and false welding If the welding is firm or not smooth, the vacuum pump shall be re welded until it meets the requirements.

For the wiring of vacuum pump unit, three wires must be wrapped together with plastic tape and wrapped in two layers. One layer is more than 50 mm above the end of insulation layer of each conductor, and the second layer is more than 50 mm above the end of the first layer. After binding, take a basin of cold water to soak the wrapped wire ends in water safely. After 12 hours, measure the insulation with a 500V megohmmeter, and the insulation should not be less than 50 megohm. Otherwise, it should be re wrapped until it reaches the maximum value Up to the request.

The grounding wire of the vacuum pump unit must also be wrapped up according to the requirements of the submersible cable wiring process; after the vacuum pump unit is connected, the insulation resistance should be continuously measured while going down the well to observe its change, so as to prevent the cable insulation from hanging on the well wall. If it is found that the insulation degree drops rapidly to less than 0.5 megohm, the unit must be brought up to detect the cause.
