Dry vacuum pump makes the working volume oil-free, so it brings many benefits. First of all, it enhances the pump's reliability. Dry pumps are not affected by water vapor or dust particles as oil seal pumps, so they are more durable and require less maintenance. Reducing oil consumption also means reducing the cost of serious disposal of oil. The use of dry vacuum pumps also reduces the possible contamination to a smaller level, which may be present in the oil - affecting the performance of the pump, or in some extreme conditions. 


At present, most of the dry vacuum pumps used in the vacuum industry use oil, water or other polymers as the working medium of the pump, which plays a variety of functions such as cooling, sealing and smoothing in the pump.
