When the vacuum pump is working, it has higher requirements for sealing effect. Because once the sealing effect of the vacuum pump in operation does not meet the relevant requirements, it is easy to cause the vacuum pump failure, unable to run normally. Therefore, before the formal start-up of the vacuum pump, its sealing effect must be tested to ensure that there is no problem before starting to use. At present, there are four sealing methods for the vacuum pump
1. Oil seal is a self tightening lip seal. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, low cost, convenient maintenance and small resistance moment. It can not only prevent the medium leakage, but also prevent the external dust and other harmful substances from entering the vacuum pump.
2. Power supply sealing. When the vacuum pump is running, the pressure head generated by the auxiliary impeller balances the high-pressure liquid at the outlet of the main impeller to realize sealing.
3. The labyrinth seal of vacuum pump has reasonable design, excellent processing, good assembly, high-speed rotation and good operability.
4. Packing seal is to put the compressed and elastic packing into the stuffing box of vacuum pump, and convert the axial pressure of pump cover into radial sealing force for sealing
