Many ultra-high vacuum gauges have been developed in vacuum pumps, such as cold cathode magnetron gauge, suppression gauge and bend beam gauge. For example, the process of adsorption, condensation and desorption in vacuum system involves the interaction between the material and the residual gas molecules on the surface of the vessel and inside the system. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the bearing and end face moving ring shall be disassembled and inspected for wear, and the vulnerable parts that are not suitable for reuse shall be replaced. For the medium easy to precipitate and crystallize, the conveying liquid shall be cleaned in time after use to drain the liquid in the pump.

The vacuum pump must always be kept clean. Other objects shall not be placed on the water ring vacuum pump, and the channels around the vacuum pump shall not be blocked to facilitate maintenance and operation; the tightness of the triangular belt shall be paid attention to and adjusted; whether the air leakage occurs at the pipe joints and whether the pre vacuum in the box body drops, otherwise, it shall be repaired in time; the cooling water shall be checked regularly; the driving shall be conducted every time To start 4-6 times intermittently, within 2S each time, in order to overcome the larger torque when starting.
