As a single stage rotary vane vacuum pump, there is only one workshop. It consists of stator, rotor and rotary vane. As shown in the following figure. The rotor is placed eccentrically in the stator. Two rotor plates are installed in the rotor tip, and springs are arranged between the two rotating pieces. Depending on the spring force and centrifugal force when the pump rotates, the rotary blade is tightly attached to the pump wall.Roots_Vacuum_Pump
Generally, the pump cavity is divided into three parts: the space from the bamboo intake to the rotating blade is called suction (space, the space from the two rotating blades with the pump wall is called expansion compression space; the space from the exhaust valve to the rotating blade is called exhaust space). If the rotary vane is in the vertical filling position, the pump chamber is divided into two parts, that is, the inspiratory space and the exhaust space. But no matter where the rotary piece is, it always separates the intake valve from the exhaust port. The purpose of the exhaust valve is to prevent atmospheric reflux from entering the pump. In order to prevent sudden power failure of vacuum pump oil back into the vacuum container, an electromagnetic valve is installed on the intake pipe. Once power failure, the electromagnetic valve will be blocked with the passage. When the pump is pumped on, the electromagnetic valve sucks up and the passage opens.
