3. In order to make the equipment work under higher outlet pressure, the saturated vapor pressure of SK vacuum pump oil at boiling temperature should be as high as possible.

4. The thermal stability of SK vacuum pump oil will not be better when it contacts with the atmosphere. Freezing point and low temperature viscosity should be low.

Usually when SK vacuum pump is used, lubricating oil has a great influence on the limit pressure. In the diffusion vacuum unit with the same structure, the partial pressure of the pumped gas will also change with the pump oil. In the later stage, we should pay more attention to these points when refueling.
