Pumping principle of slide valve vacuum pump

The pumping principle of the slide valve vacuum pump is similar to that of the chip pump, when the pump structure is different.

The slide valve type vacuum pump mainly uses the slide valve mechanism to change the volume of the west air cavity, so it is called Huafa pump. Sliding valve vacuum pump is a kind of old pump, but compared with rotary vane pump, it has the outstanding characteristics of high working pressure (104pa), large pumping capacity, continuous operation in harsh environment, durable and so on. Therefore, it is widely used in vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum distillation and other industries.

At present, oil-sealed vacuum pumps are widely used in vacuum industry, mostly small and medium-sized chip selection pumps and large and medium-sized slide valve vacuum pumps. Rotary vane pumps are stuck in rotor grooves under dirty working conditions.

Although the slide valve vacuum pump has overcome this shortcoming to a certain extent, but because the distance between the center of mass of the slide valve and the center of rotation is not fixed, although some structural balancing measures have been taken, but still can not achieve complete balance, so it is difficult to eliminate vibration. In particular, the larger the capacity of the pump, the greater the vibration. At the same time, the above two kinds of pumps, especially the slide valve pump, have larger appearance size compared with their displacement.
