Check to determine the time required to achieve the required vacuum, the flow resistance and leakage of the vacuum pipeline. The higher the working fluid is, the higher the steam partial pressure is, the worse the condensation effect of the working fluid on the inlet steam of the vacuum pump is, and the smaller the volume flow of the pumping gas of the stainless steel vacuum pump is. It is suggested that the working fluid with lower saturated vapor pressure should be selected. At the same time, it is necessary to control the temperature of working fluid; for extracting the gas with high solidification point, in order to avoid the gas entering the pump body to condensate and deposit, it is necessary to increase the temperature of the pump, such as heating nitrogen to increase the temperature of the pump; new technology should be adopted in the design of stainless steel vacuum pump system to achieve automatic control and interlocking protection.
