Low vacuum devices such as vacuum transportation, vacuum impregnation, vacuum filtration, vacuum monotony, vacuum degassing (liquid steel disposal) are required to have low vacuum pump units with high working pressure and large displacement. The main pumps of such low vacuum pumping units are reciprocating vacuum pump, oil sealed vacuum pump, steam radiation pump, water ring pump, roots pump, etc.
According to the cleaning degree, humidity or other special requirements, the low vacuum pumping unit should be equipped with necessary dust remover, monotone tank and other components. During the tightening process, water vapor will condense into water droplets and mix with the pump to form a suspension, which will not only make the vacuum drop, but also rust the pump cavity and rotor, destroy the sealing surface and make the limit vacuum of the pump drop. Therefore, it is very important to prevent water vapor from polluting the mechanical pump.
