When the pump starts according to the start-up procedure, with the high-speed rotation of the fixed blade, the filled water also runs at high speed due to external force, resulting in centrifugal effect, and forms a water ring in the outer ring of the fixed blade. When the fixed blade is rotated to be connected with the suction port and the exhaust port, the suction process and exhaust process are carried out respectively. During the suction process, the volume of the small chamber gradually increases from small to large. During the exhaust process, due to the continuous rotation of the impeller, the gas is compressed, and the gas is discharged when connected with the exhaust port.
