At present, three-stage claw rotor and one-stage roots rotor are commonly used, or four-stage claw rotor is connected in series. The performance of roots plus claw type is generally better than that of claw type vacuum pump.

In multi-stage claw vacuum pump, according to the form of rotor, phase difference and diaphragm, it can be divided into spiral type, anti claw type and spiral anti claw type, and their performance is also different.

For claw type vacuum energy, the higher the rotating speed, the greater the compression ratio. In general, the speed of claw vacuum pump is 3000r / min, and the limit pressure is 1-10pa.
