Eccentric machining method for eccentric parts of rotary vane vacuum pump

Rotary vane vacuum pump and slide valve vacuum pump belong to oil seal mechanical vacuum pump. In structure, there is an off center position relative to the pump cavity. This position is the central position for installing the rotating parts. Its relative size often affects the assembly and vacuum performance of vacuum pump. Either the rotating parts cannot be installed or the inner wall of the pump chamber cannot be contacted well after being installed No sealing and poor vacuum performance. 


Therefore, whether in production or repair, we should pay attention to the eccentric processing problem, and strictly control the eccentric size. For 2x series rotary vane vacuum pump, the eccentricity is on the middle diaphragm, and the bearing supporting the rotor is installed on the eccentricity. The position of the bearing affects the assembly clearance of the rotor. Therefore, if it is not done well, the vacuum degree is often unstable, or the outer circle dimension tolerance of the rotor must be modified to make up for it. This is good for maintaining a small number of pumps, but not for mass production.

If you want the dimensional accuracy to be stable, it depends on the tooling. Among the various errors in the processing process, the selection of positioning reference is the most important.
