The vacuum system of vacuum gas drying equipment consists of two parts: main vacuum system and leakage pump system.
The main vacuum system is composed of the main pump (roots vacuum pump), front stage pump (rotary vane vacuum pump or slide valve vacuum pump), front stage condenser, central condenser, exhaust separator, steam pressure gauge, pipes, valves and other components. The effect is to vacuum the vacuum tank in the preparation stage, high vacuum stage and vacuum pump oil.
Although the kerosene in the vacuum system is exhausted during the depressurization stage, there is still residual kerosene in the insulation data. Therefore, in the high vacuum stage, the gas entering the main vacuum system still contains a certain amount of kerosene vapor, which will condense into liquid in the front condenser and the central condenser, while the water vapor component in the gas is discharged by the front stage pump and collected in the exhaust condenser.
The two front-stage pumps are also responsible for the mission of urgent spare time when the heat generator and vacuum tank are in trouble. Emergency evacuation is carried out through the pipe of valve 3 through the main condenser of the condensing system. The condenser is used to ensure that the hot gas of the fire oil condenses during the time of extraction, so as to make the steam of the fire oil less enter the vacuum unit.
