After the equipment is running, with the rotation of the motor and the action of the crank connecting rod mechanism, the piston in the cylinder repeatedly makes reciprocating motion. As the piston moves from left to right in the cylinder, the pressure in the left chamber will continue to decrease as the cylinder volume increases. When the pressure in the left chamber is gradually lower than that in the pump chamber, according to the principle of air pressure balance, the gas in the pump chamber is sucked into the left chamber one by one through the suction valve. At this time, the suction valve is in the suction, which completes half of the working process of the vacuum pump.
When the piston moves to the right, the left chamber of the cylinder is filled with gas. When the piston moves from right to left, the suction valve of dry vacuum pump will close automatically. As the piston moves from right to left, the gas is slowly compressed. When the steam body in the cylinder reaches the exhaust working pressure, the exhaust valve will open to exhaust and carry out the working circulation system. When the piston moves again from the left end to the right end, the above cycle is repeated until the suction container reaches a relatively balanced pressure.
