Influence of noise on rotary vane vacuum pump

According to the experiment, the closer the exhaust port is to the upper tangent point, the lower the noise is. But it is too close to the function of the rotary vane pump. 


In production, it is found that the exhaust port is small, the noise is small, and vice versa. This shows that the size of the exhaust port has a great impact on the noise. Nanguang machine factory has a unique research in this field.

When starting at atmospheric pressure, the pressure is high and the amount of gas is large. High and low vacuum chambers are selected to exhaust together, and most of the gas is discharged from the exhaust valve of the high vacuum chamber. Because the size of the exhaust port of the high vacuum chamber has no effect on the noise, and can reduce the exhaust pressure, the tightening work and the starting power, the area of the exhaust port of the high vacuum chamber should be larger. In normal operation, the exhaust valve of high vacuum chamber is closed, and the primary factor affecting noise is exhaust valve of low vacuum chamber. Therefore, the exhaust port area of the low vacuum chamber should be smaller to reduce the noise, but if the exhaust port is too small, the exhaust pressure will increase and the power consumption will increase.
