The oil-free screw vacuum pump
entered the vacuum industry in China in the 1990s. It is a dry oil-free vacuum
pump. At present, the pump has been widely used in the high-tech industries such
as chemical industry, medicine, metallurgy and electronics, and has a large
share in the real air pump market.
Every time the screw rotor of the
oil-free screw vacuum pump stops pumping, it can be divided into the following
stages: contraction suction, equal volume transportation, adiabatic contraction
and equal pressure exhaust. In each stage, the physical parameters such as
quality, volume, temperature, pressure and internal energy of the pumped gas
will be changed. And the exhaust power consumption and exhaust temperature of
oil-free screw vacuum pump with equal pitch change with the change of inlet
pressure.
Inspiratory phase. The air storage volume at the front end of
the two screw rotors is indirectly connected with the air inlet of the screw
pump. In the process of the screw migration and transformation, and the suction
slot moving backward, the air storage volume continuously shrinks and expands.
The pumped gas outside the pump enters the air storage volume under the
influence of the pressure difference. The cut off air storage volume and the gas
sucked outside the pump inherit and move backward to stop the air inlet of the
pump Gas delivery process to pump discharge port.
The austerity phase.
The compression stage is the process of gas pressure rising from suction
pressure to exhaust pressure. When the contraction phase stops, the total mass
of the gas in the storage space increases greatly. The pressure is the exhaust
pressure, and the temperature is the hybrid temperature of the two sectors. The
total energy, enthalpy and entropy are also the sum of the two sectors.
Exhaust phase. When the air storage space is connected with the exhaust
port, the exhaust process of the screw pump has started. The screw rotor does
the most work on the gas, which is ultimately transformed into the kinetic
energy, internal energy and heat release of the exhaust gas and disappears in
the cooling system and exhaust situation space of the pump.
