In order to improve the service efficiency and service life of the oil sealed vane vacuum pump, the structure of the exhaust valve of the general oil sealed vane vacuum pump has been greatly improved and put into the market. It has been widely used in all walks of life in the above harsh media environment, and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.

The biggest disadvantages of these two structures are:

A when the high pressure and strong gas are removed by the pump for a long time, the phenolic pressure plate and spring steel sheet are frequently in the limit state of stress, which is easy to deform, lose elasticity or even break. The oil resistant rubber valve is easy to be corroded and deformed by the pumped medium and cause aging;

B. when the discharged medium acts on the exhaust valve plate and deviates from the fixed bolt of the valve, the frequent eccentric limit impact will easily loosen the bolt. In this way, not only the performance of the pump is decreased and the maintenance rate is increased, but also the pump oil is easily returned to the pump cavity from the exhaust port, which makes it difficult to start.

By improving the exhaust valve of the vacuum pump, two groups were set up. One group is the large exhaust valve with high spring force, which is used to exhaust together with the small exhaust valve within the pressure range of atmospheric pressure ～ 103pa; the other group is the small exhaust valve with low spring force, which is used to exhaust when the pressure is lower than 103pa, so as to reduce the limit pressure. It can be seen from the structure of the exhaust valve that the force of the pumped medium discharged from the pump cavity acting on the metal exhaust valve plate is uniform, and the stroke of the valve plate is limited by the valve body. Therefore, the effective life of the special heat-treated exhaust valve will be far longer than the previous one. At the same time, the contact surface between the exhaust valve plate and the exhaust valve seat has been specially processed. Under the effect of the spring preload, the sealing performance of the exhaust valve plate to the oil is very good. Moreover, the force acting on the fixing bolt of the exhaust valve is symmetrical, and the possibility of bolt loosening is very small.
