two stage rotary vane vacuum pump principle



There are many kinds of vacuum pumps. I don't know if you are clear about the principle and precautions of each pump when you choose them again. Today, I'd like to introduce the principle and precautions of the two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump to you:

The two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is made of ferrous metal, which is relatively accurate. The whole pump work is interrelated, so it is not suitable to remove the ferrous metal containing oxygen, toxic and explosive etching. It also does not need to be used as a compressor and delivery pump for various gases with chemical reactivity to vacuum oil. If there is a pump with air ballast, the condensable body in some place can be removed. Vacuum refers to the residual gas pressure in the pumping vessel. Partial pressure is the factory standard of our factory. The total pressure is an auxiliary standard. Thermocouple measures the total pressure of various steam and permanent gas, mehs meter can only measure the partial pressure of permanent gas, so the value of the second meter is quite different.

Double stage rotary vane vacuum pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, rotating blade, end cover, spring, etc. The rotor is installed eccentrically in the cavity of the rotary vane pump. The outer circumference of the rotor is tangent to the inner surface of the pump chamber (there is a small gap between the two). Two rotor blades with springs are arranged in the rotor groove to divide the stator into two chambers (high and low chambers). When rotating, the two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump keeps the top of the rotating blade in contact with the inner wall of the pump chamber. Centrifugal force and spring tension, as well as the rotation of the rotor drive the rotating blades to slide along the inner wall of the pump chamber, so that the volume of the advanced chamber periodically expands to suction, and the lower chamber periodically reduces to compress gas, and the exhaust of the exhaust valve is pushed by the pressure of gas and oil to obtain vacuum.

When the suction pressure is high (for example, suction from atmospheric pressure), the gas is compressed in the high-pressure chamber, and the pressure increases rapidly. Part of the compressed gas is discharged directly from the auxiliary exhaust valve, and the other part is compressed and passes through the middle wall. The interstage passage enters the lower chamber and is compressed again and discharged from the lower exhaust valve. At this time, the high and low chambers are exhausted at the same time; when the suction pressure is low (for example, after the pump has been running for a period of time), the gas enters from the suction port in advance. The pressure generated by the compression of the gas in the high pressure chamber is not enough to push the auxiliary exhaust valve directly into the low level chamber through the interstage channel, and then compress again and discharge from the lower exhaust valve.
