Therefore, in this type, two roots pumps are generally seen in series, and then the two-stage pump is used as the front stage pump to form the unit. If a higher limit pressure is required, the combination of three roots pumps and water ring pump can be used, and its limit pressure can reach 1pA.
If it is required to deal with a lot of water vapor vacuum system, it is more appropriate to use water ring pump. However, due to its low limit vacuum degree, the limit vacuum degree of the whole unit is relatively low. Although in the vacuum pumping system with high vacuum degree, the mechanical vacuum pump with high demand limit vacuum is used as the pre-stage pump. The air ballast mechanical vacuum pump can be paralleled with the water ring pump as the front pump of the pump. During vacuum drying, the water ring pump is used for pre pumping until its water vapor is greatly reduced, and then the pneumatic mechanical vacuum pump is started to cut off the water ring pump. If it takes a long time to finish a boring situation, it needs less cooling water and power.
