Compared with the oil pump, the oil-free vacuum pump has the advantages of low vacuum degree, small air volume, compact volume, easy installation, simple protection, convenient movement, no oil smoke and environmental pollution, especially in the laboratory with high requirements. It is also one of the most common equipment in the laboratory.

Therefore, when purchasing oil-free vacuum pump, the vacuum degree required for operation shall be confirmed first. If the required vacuum degree is high, the selected vacuum pump shall be higher than the required vacuum degree, otherwise, the requirements for vacuum pumping will not be met, and the operation requirements will not be met. Secondly, the pumping rate of oil-free vacuum pump should be slightly higher than the required pumping rate in the selection, so as to better meet the needs. Finally, it depends on whether the extracted gas is corrosive or not. If the corrosive gas understands the corrosive pump, it is necessary to use special raw materials to satisfy the demand.

The principle of operation is the same as that of general positive displacement pump. It consists of stator, rotor, rotor, cylinder, motor and other primary parts. The rotor with a rotating blade and an eccentric intestinal device are in the fixed cylinder. When the rotor rotates at high speed, four radial sliding rotating blades in the rotor groove divide the pump cavity into four operating rooms. Because of the centrifugal force effect, the rotating blade clings to the cylinder wall, separates the inlet and outlet of the stator, operates in a cyclic manner, changes the volume, exhausts the gas from the exhaust port, and then reaches the air extraction intention
