Water ring vacuum pump system is usually composed of vacuum pump, coupling, air-water separator and pipeline. With the help of the rotating impeller, the water ring vacuum pump makes water or other working liquid form a rotating liquid ring, through which the gas pumped is compressed and discharged to obtain vacuum.
The air in the suction pipe is pumped out by the water ring vacuum pump, so as to form a vacuum in the closed suction pipe and the pump body and generate a negative pressure. Depending on the atmospheric pressure, the water is pumped from the suction pipe to the pump body. The direction of water injection is from bottom to top. With this way of water injection, the vacuum degree of the water suction pipe and the pump body is stable, and the water pressure is put into the water suction pipe and the pump body by the atmospheric pressure, which overcomes the self weight of the water in the water suction pipe and can meet the vacuum degree requirements of the main drainage pump during drainage.
