Screw vacuum pump is widely used in domestic pharmaceutical, chemical, semiconductor and other enterprises, and the key reason for equipment problems is the failure or lack of operation steps of vacuum pump. Here are the operation steps of the equipment:

I. startup operation steps: contact with the central control personnel on site for confirmation, and then start the vacuum pump through the on-site operation column startup button. Close the outlet pipe drain valve. Check or adjust the flow of nitrogen seal gas, and confirm that the flow is 2.5-3l/min. Open the purge valve and confirm that the flow of the flowmeter is increased. After five to ten minutes of purging, close the purge valve. Open the process inlet valve and cut in the system. During operation, pay attention to observe the temperature of the machine body, and control the temperature by adjusting the water volume through the temperature regulating valve. When the temperature regulating valve is at 0 scale, the water volume is large, and when it is at 5 scale, the water volume is small. The temperature shall be controlled at 50-75 ℃ and no more than 80 ℃.

II. Shutdown operation steps: close the process inlet valve and cut out the system. Open the purge valve, and after 20 to 40 minutes of purging, close the purge valve. Stop the machine through the stop button of the field operation column. Close the nitrogen valve of screw vacuum pump. Close the cooling water valve. If it is not used for a long time in winter, drain the cooling water in the body and pipeline to prevent freezing. Open the drain valve of the outlet pipe, open the drain valve of the inlet filter, and check whether there is condensate.
