How to draw water from vacuum pump

Vacuum pump is often used for vacuum filtration, vacuum water diversion, vacuum feeding, vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum moisture return and vacuum degassing and other industrial purposes. 1. Close the gate in the pressure water pipe of the water pump and inject water into the vacuum pump. After filling water, close the valve on the funnel, open the air inlet valve on the air inlet pipe and the ball valve of the water supply pipe, and then start the vacuum pump.

2. The mixture of water and gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe. At first, the gas in the mixture accounts for the main component, then, the water component is more and more, until it is all water, it means that the water has been fully filled with the pump, so the water diversion is completed, and the pump can be started. Re speed is to close the intake pipe valve on the intake pipe and stop the operation of the vacuum pump.


3. If there are more than two pumps in the pump station, the air inlet pipe of the vacuum pump can be connected with the air extraction main pipe, and the top of the pump shell of each pump is connected with the air extraction main pipe through the air extraction branch pipe. A valve is installed on each branch pipe so that each pump can be pumped separately.

4. Sometimes, for the sake of standby, two vacuum pumps can be set, and valves are installed on the intake pipe of each pump. In case of failure of one pump, the air inlet valve on the pump can be closed and another pump can be used to extract air, so as not to delay the start of the pump. Under normal circumstances, two vacuum pumps can pump air to the pump at the same time to speed up the water diversion speed.
