The rotary vane vacuum pump is actually a kind of positive displacement pump, mainly composed of stator, rotor, rotary vane, etc. it sucks in and compresses the gas by means of the continuous operation of the rotary vane in the pump cavity, and then discharges the gas from the exhaust port. There are two rotors in the rotor slot, and the rotor spring is placed between the two rotors, so the inlet and exhaust ports on the stator are separated into two parts by the rotor and the rotor.
When the rotor of the rotary vane vacuum pump rotates in the stator cavity, the rotary vane begins to slide in the inner wall of the pump cavity under the joint action of the spring tension and its own centrifugal force, and at the same time, the volume of the exhaust port is gradually reduced to compress the inhaled gas, and then discharged from the exhaust port, so as to achieve the purpose of air extraction.
