The vacuum pump adopts plate cooler, and the cooling water is supplied by industrial water, which is affected by different industrial water quality and has different influence on the equipment. When the industrial water quality is poor, it will lead to the fouling of plate cooler, reduce the circulation area of cooling water, thus affecting the overall flow and flow rate of water, resulting in the temperature rise of working fluid. Therefore, the cleaning of the cooler and cooler is directly related to the temperature of the working fluid of the vacuum pump.
