Double stage rotary vane vacuum pump

The double stage rotary vane vacuum pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, rotary vane, end cover, spring and so on. A rotor is eccentrically installed in the cavity of the rotary vane pump. The outer circle of the rotor is tangent to the inner surface of the pump cavity (there is a small gap between them). Two rotary vanes with springs are installed in the rotor slot, and the stator is divided into two working cavities (high and low working cavities).

When rotating, the top of the rotary vane keeps contact with the inner wall of the pump cavity by centrifugal force and spring tension. The rotor rotation drives the rotary vane to slide along the inner wall of the pump cavity, which makes the volume of the high-level working chamber expand periodically and suck air. The volume of the low-level working chamber reduces periodically and compresses gas with the help of the pressure of gas and oil. The exhaust valve is pushed off to achieve vacuum.dry-vacuum-pump

When the suction pressure is high (e.g. starting from atmospheric pressure), the gas is compressed in the high-level chamber and the pressure increases sharply, then part of the compressed gas is discharged directly from the auxiliary exhaust valve, and the other part of the gas is compressed and enters the low-level chamber through the interstage passage in the middle wall, and is discharged from the low-level exhaust valve after being compressed again. When the suction pressure is low (e.g. after a period of pump operation), the gas enters the high-level chamber from the suction port, and the pressure produced by the compression of the gas in the high-level chamber is not enough to push the auxiliary exhaust valve and directly enters the low-level working chamber through the interstage channel, and then discharges from the low-level exhaust valve after compression.vacuum-unit-high-vacuum-acquisition-equipment
