Rotary vane vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment used to remove vacuum gas from sealed container. It can be used alone or as a pre pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps and molecular pumps. It can be used in vacuum smelting, vacuum welding, vacuum impregnation, coating, vacuum drying, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, electrical vacuum devices and other vacuum operations.

Matters needing attention in rotary vane vacuum pump:

1. The pump can be operated continuously for a long time in the ambient temperature range of 5-40 C and inlet pressure less than 1330 Pa.

2. Pumps are not suitable for pumping gases containing excessive oxygen, toxic, explosive, corrosive to metals, chemical reactions to pump oil, and particulate dust. They are also not suitable for transporting gases from one container to another as transport pumps.
