1. The window for oil loading must be clean and clean. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to sunlight and stored in the open air. It should be stored in a dark, dry and ventilated place, and it should be mixed with water and dust.

3. When taking oil or loading oil, the impurities around the lid must be removed to prevent the impurities from mixing into the oil and causing the pump to wear.

4. When changing oil, drain the oil used in the pump body, pour the new oil into the pump shaft slowly, clean the pump chamber and drain the oil, repeat the cleaning several times, and then replace it with new oil after washing.

5. When mineral oil is exchanged with ester oil or other synthetic oil, the vacuum pump should be disassembled for thorough cleaning. All parts and components must be immersed in the ester oil to prevent contamination.

6. When the screw vacuum pump is overhauled, the components of the pump must be cleaned with solvent or cleaning agent, and the parts must be dried.
