On the other hand, it makes many industries feel helpless to choose the vacuum pump (or combination unit).


Existing dry vacuum pumps on the market, such as screw vacuum pumps, claw vacuum pumps and so on, can not be used as the front-stage pumps of combined units because of the limitation of the pump's own structure.
