Generally, the vacuum pump oil should be kept on the specified oil level, so that the circulating oil quantity of the vacuum pump should be kept to a certain extent. For double stage vacuum pump, vacuum pump oil can enter high vacuum stage only after degassing at low vacuum stage, so that the amount of air discharge of vacuum pump oil in high vacuum stage can be reduced, so as to reduce the limit pressure of vacuum pump.

The limit pressure of vacuum pump is related to the working temperature of vacuum pump oil. The higher the oil temperature, the higher the saturated vapor pressure of the oil, the higher the limit pressure of the vacuum pump.

In the application of vacuum system, the installation of vacuum valve needs rubber gasket seal or metal gasket seal to ensure the sealing performance of the system.

Rubber gasket seal is made of rubber material, which uses the rubber gasket pressed between valve plate and valve seat, and fills the uneven surface by elastic deformation of rubber to realize sealing. In the selection process, attention should be paid to:

1、 The selected rubber gasket sealing structure should be simple and easy to manufacture.

2、 The seal shall be easy to disassemble and repair. 



3、 As far as possible to reduce the bleeding factor of the high vacuum side under the valve plate, such as choosing the gasket material with low outgassing rate.

4、 After closing the valve, the rubber seal ring section should have the maximum compression deformation.

At the same time, the uneven degree of the rubber gasket sealing seat surface determines the sealing performance when the vacuum valve is closed. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the hardness of the rubber gasket sealing material, the degree of compaction and the surface roughness of the valve seat, and determine the compression ratio of the gasket according to these, so as to achieve the corresponding sealing performance.
