Diaphragm pump is
divided into pneumatic diaphragm pump and electric diaphragm pump. The whole
working process of diaphragm pump refers to a process of suction and discharge.
Driven by power, the piston is driven to and fro by the transmission mechanism
(the stroke of the piston is changed by the regulating mechanism), and the
diaphragm is pushed back and forth by hydraulic oil. When the piston moves
backward, the diaphragm gradually concave, the volume of the pump chamber
increases gradually, and the pressure decreases gradually. When the pressure is
lower than the inlet pipe pressure, the inlet valve opens and the medium flows
into the pump chamber. When the piston reaches the internal dead center, the
medium fills the pump cavity and the inlet valve closes.
The suction
process is completed and the extrusion process begins. When the piston moves
forward, the diaphragm gradually bulges up, the volume of the pump chamber
gradually decreases, the pressure increases gradually, the outlet valve opens,
and the medium is gradually discharged from the pump chamber. When the piston
reaches the external dead center, the outlet valve is closed due to gravity and
spring force, and the discharge process is finished, and the pump starts a new
suction process. In this way, the liquid is continuously inhaled and discharged
to complete the purpose of conveying medium.
Since the pneumatic
diaphragm pump has the above characteristics, the diaphragm pump has gradually
invaded the market of other pumps in the world since its birth, and has been
absolutely dominant. In other industries, such as environmental protection,
wastewater treatment, construction, sewage discharge and refinement, it is
expanding its market share, and has an irreplaceable position of other pumps.
