2. A vent valve is added at the side of the intake pipe to make up air regulation.
3. Control the water supply temperature of water ring pump to adjust the limit pressure.
4. Control the water supply of the water ring pump to adjust the balance pressure of the system.
5. It should be understood that the principle of vacuum pump is to use water jet to take away the air in the container, so as to form a certain degree of vacuum.
6. If the sealing of the container is not good, it is necessary to continuously extract the vacuum. Opening a small water jet valve can reduce the vacuum degree, or add a bypass to adjust the vacuum degree.
7. If the container is well sealed, it can reach the vacuum degree we need, and then it can be removed.
8. If the vacuum pump is always on and the container is well sealed, appropriate vacuum degree is required.
9. In the design, a return pipeline is usually added between the intake pipeline and the exhaust pipeline, and the flow is regulated by adding a regulating valve on the return pipeline to realize the controllable vacuum degree.
Water ring vacuum pump is a vacuum pump used for pumping underground methane. Its vacuum degree regulation is of course important.
