PTFE piston ring and packing seal ring with good self-lubricating performance are designed for vertical oil-free reciprocating pump, which can reduce the wear of moving parts and is suitable for less oil lubrication or no oil lubrication. In order to improve the reliability of the pump operation, a gear oil pump is set on the non driving side of the crankshaft to force lubrication on the big and small end bearings of the connecting rod.
