1. Use of submersible pump
(1) Check whether there are cracks in the casing of the submersible pump. If there is a crack, it cannot be used.
(2) Check whether the vent hole, water drain hole, oil drain hole and the seal at the cable joint of the submersible pump are loose, and must be tightened if they are loose.
(3) Check the insulation resistance of the submersible pump. Use a 500V insulation resistance meter to test, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 5MΩ. If it is lower than this value, open the water and vent holes, dry or sun dry before use.
(4) The cable of the submersible pump is best not to have connectors. If there are connectors, they should be wrapped up. The entire cable should be free from damage or breakage. Otherwise, the cable should be replaced with a new one. In addition, the cable should be overhead and not too long.
(5) Correct the positive and negative poles of the power supply before starting to prevent the water pump from turning upside down and no water flow.
(6) Perform a comprehensive inspection of the power supply circuit and switch before starting the machine, and leave it on the ground for 3 to 5 minutes if it is running normally, then put it in the water and put it into use.
