High-temperature magnetic pump is a magnetic drive high-temperature pump specially designed for the mold temperature machine industry, which can reach a high temperature of 180°C to 360°C with high efficiency.

Features of high temperature magnetic pump:

(1) Since the drive shaft does not need to penetrate the pump casing, but uses the magnetic field to transmit torque through the air gap and the thin wall of the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor, thus fundamentally eliminating the leakage passage of the shaft seal and realizing a complete seal ,

(2) High requirements are used in the design of magnetic materials and magnetic circuits,

(3) The maintenance and repair workload of the magnetic pump is very small.

(4) The high temperature magnetic drive pump can only transport media without particles.

(5) Under normal and special use conditions, the high-temperature magnetic drive pump does not age and demagnetize over time.

(6) The high temperature magnetic drive pump should avoid dry running to avoid burning of the sliding bearing and isolating sleeve.
