Most of the vacuum pumps are the power source of diesel hydraulic brake boosters. The rotor is offset in the shell, and the carbon blade is precisely matched with the rotor sliding groove. The spring pressure makes it close to the inner surface of the shell. The air inlet at the upper part of the shell is connected to the vacuum cylinder and the check valve prevents air and lubricating oil from flowing backwards. An oil outlet hole at the bottom leads to the crankcase.
The working process and principle of the vacuum pump are:
1) suction. Due to the bias of the rotor in the shell, the volume of each blade in the rotor and the inner wall of the shell is a variable. When the volume is small to large, negative pressure will be generated and the air will be inhaled.
2) when the rotor rotates, the blade moves out due to centrifugal force, and a certain volume is formed with the pump housing. As the blade crosses the inlet, the volume expands gradually, causing negative pressure on the inlet, opening the check valve and sucking the air from the vacuum tank.vacuum-pump-in-automobile-industry
3) the rotor continues to rotate. When the blade crosses the inlet to the middle position of the outlet, the volume starts to shrink and the air is gradually compressed.
4) when the blade reaches the vent, all compressed air is forced out. This process is repeated and the negative pressure in the vacuum tank increases gradually. The vacuum degree is related to the integrity of the vacuum pump.vacuum-pump-application
