ROTARY VANE VACUUM PUMP SPEED

2. Increase speed (n) : the speed of rotation is greatly increased, which can greatly increase the geometric pumping speed. On the contrary, if the required pumping speed is fixed, the increase of rotating speed will reduce the geometric size of the pump. 3. Increase the number of spinning plates: although increasing z does not increase the pumping speed in a proportional way as increasing n, it also has unique advantages, that is, when adopting the direct connection structure, the rotating speed has reached a certain high value, and increasing the spinning plates can improve the pumping speed without reducing b value or increasing the maximum linear speed. It can reduce vibration and increase the ultimate vacuum degree.
